How do I load the fixtures in to Outlook?

If you try to just open the calendar file with Microsoft Outlook, it is quite likely you shall only see the first event.

To get around this, use the Import Calendar feature under File > Import…, choose the Calendar option and locate your downloaded calendar file (hCal-events.ics).

This should import all the fixtures you have downloaded rather than just the first one.

What is the difference between "downloading" and "subscribing"?

If you choose to download the kickoff times, this will be a single one-off download which will then load the fixtures in to your calendar. If you want the fixtures for Microsoft Outlook or a mobile device, this is the best option for you.

If you subscribe to the calendar, the fixtures will automatically be downloaded to your organiser but will also be updated with any changes in the future, eg. when the scores are updated or teams qualify to later stages. This is the best option if you use iCal on the Mac or any Mozilla calendar applications like Sunbird.

Why are the times incorrect in my timezone?

The kickoff times on the website and in your calendar file are all in UTC. It may be your computer's timezone is incorrectly set up so check the settings in your control panel to make sure your local timezone is correct set then the import will automatically calculate the correct times for you.
